While reading an article about quantum physics, you encounter this passage:

"The phenomenon of quantum entanglement allows particles to maintain correlations regardless of the distance separating them, challenging our classical understanding of locality."

Simply highlight the term, click the floating Gemini button, and get an instant explanation — no context switching required.

Gemini Ask Gemini
Quantum entanglement is a phenomenon where two or more particles become interconnected, sharing quantum states instantaneously regardless of distance. When measured, the state of one particle instantly determines the state of its entangled partner — what Einstein called "spooky action at a distance."
